Brooklyn Oak 2 over 2 Chest Of Drawers

A very elegant chest of drawers which is practical in that it has nice deep drawers giving plenty of storage. A piece of furniture like this will look equally at home in a living room as well as on a landing and of course in a bedroom.

Our Brooklyn collection of furniture is made from reclaimed oak recovered from the demolition of old buildings. As a consequence it has a wonderful, rustic character and a rich patina built up through the finishing process which is all done by hand. We use Acacia on the inside of the cabinet furniture and each piece is finished with ‘antiqued’ brass handles.

The furniture has a rustic charm of an old heirloom. It has been purposefully designed and finished including the ‘letting’ in of timber to fill a hole here and there to save wasting timber. Each piece has its own unique identity which makes it so appealing. This lovely collection with its warm solid appearance will look equally at home in a period cottage or a riverside penthouse.

This rustic and characterful range of furniture (Brooklyn Range) is made using reclaimed oak. It has a wonderful deep patina finish which brings out the grain of this lovely old timber.
